You will receive emails/phone calls confirming the receipt of your loan paperwork and financial information. She will oversee submission to our lender for final Approval. Upon receipt of your lender approval, Jennifer will let you know if we need any additional documentation to satisfy our investor conditions. Jennifer will work with Jenny Kessler to deliver your closing documents to escrow and coordinate closing with Escrow and our Lender. Jennifer handles all of our marketing efforts. If you have any in-process questions about appraisals, escrow, title, signings or funding please give me a call.
