About Mike Lowe

Thank you for visiting my website. As a Certified Mortgage Planner, I find out what is important to my clients about the financing of their home. This allows me to help my clients successfully manage home equity to increase liquidity, safety, rate of return and tax deductions. Unlike a traditional loan officer, my role is to help clients integrate the loan that they select into their over-all long and short-term financial and investment plan to help minimize taxes, improve cash flow, minimize interest expense and dramatically enhance their net worth.

As a professional in the mortgage lending industry for the last 15 years, I've built my business on financial advice, problem solving, service, integrity and honesty. You can count on me to always look out for your best interests while earning your confidence and trust. I’ve also worked with a personal business coach since 2004 who helps keep me in balance in the five circles of life – Family, Business, Finance, Personal Growth and Spiritually.

One of the things that make me unique in the mortgage industry is my client appreciation program. This includes monthly items of value being sent to all my best clients, regular market update calls, rate watch reports and an annual mortgage review. Since 2000 my business is 100% referral from Clients, Real Estate Agents and Financial Planners and my goal on each and every transaction is to impress you in such a way that you would gladly refer your friends, family and co-workers to me for mortgage assistance. You see as long as my clients keep referring me I don’t have to do the things that my competition does and thus it allows me to do an even better job for you. Referrals truly are my highest priority and the lifeblood of my business.

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and attended Western Washington University where I received my Bachelor of Arts degree. I have a wonderful daughter and son. As a family we love playing in the outdoors and typically enjoy snowmobiling, camping, hiking, sports and travel. Our favorite trips include Yellowstone Park, St Thomas, Hawaii and Mexico.

I enjoy old John Wayne movies, hunting & fishing with my dad and close friends. I’m a huge sports fan. My favorite teams include the Seattle Seahawks & Mariners as well as the Atlanta Braves, Boston Red Sox & Miami Heat.
